The Larksworth Group was founded by Stuart Richman in 2000, building on his extensive 13-year career within a prominent Plc environment. During his tenure there, Stuart was a key member of a surveying team responsible for a £200m mixed portfolio, where he specialized in asset management, acquisitions, and disposals. This high-level experience allowed him to develop the rigorous asset management strategies and financial benchmarks that became the cornerstone of Larksworth. 

Today, Larksworth has grown into a versatile team capable of managing the full diversity of a modern real estate portfolio.
